Esparza brings over 15 years of successfully leading and managing product, software development and risk management teams, in major OT industrial control system environments. She co-founded SecurityGate in 2017 with a mission to help critical infrastructure organizations find cyber security risks sooner and make improvements faster. For the past seven years, she has led the Product and Development teams to build innovative and configurable features with an impressive 98% delivery rate. As President, Esparza will lead the operational effectiveness across all departments.
