SecurityGate, the provider of the leading SaaS platform for OT cyber improvement, today announced the appointment of Roopa Misra as Chief Customer Officer. In her role, Misra is responsible for every aspect of customer experience as the company continues to accelerate its growth.
Misra brings to SecurityGate more than 25 years of leadership experience in successfully driving business growth through account management, customer success & support, and professional & technical services. Prior to SecurityGate, Misra advised and advocated for customers globally through executive positions at high-growth companies such as Orion Labs, Geoforce, and Triple Point Technology. She also has been an advisor to SecurityGate for the last two years.

Misra joins SecurityGate’s senior leadership team on the heels of several new strategic hires, including the recent announcements of Sean Haynes as Chief Marketing Officer and Derek Nelson as Vice President of Sales.

Misra holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, an MS in Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. Misra is married with two sons and enjoys outdoor activities and attending professional sporting events.
